2011
July 
Approval of the project application.
August
First reunion of Armenio students team members.
September
Armenio high school and Suat Terimer Anadolu Lisesi team formation.
It’s time to gather texts to be used for the project.
Mrs Saral and mrs Samouil guide / help their students where to search for their mutual project.
Students start learning usual communication words in their partner’s
language.
October
Facebook contact between students, on the other hand a Facebook group page by the name of the project is created as well.
November
Armenio high school visits Suat Terimer Anadolu Lisesi.
Great time together, work and pleasure at the same time (visit diary).
December
Spreading info to families about the visit.
Evaluation of the visit, Facebook constant contact, photos exchange.
Dissemination of the project through local newspapers, TV channels and a blog under the name of the project.
2012
January
Blog is being enriched by students ‘’diaries ‘’ regarding a day at school.
Educational systems from each partner become familiar to one another.
February
Activities programming ( by both schools and local Armenio community ) regarding SUAT Terimer Anadolu Lisesi visit at Armenio.
Organise and support the project in Armenio high school curriculum.
March
All Armenio high school students are being prepared for intercultural communication to avoid misunderstandings.
Armenio high school project team (students and teachers) try their best to widen all students' comprehension concerning social, cultural, linguistic and religious differences.
At the same time Suat Terimer Anadolu Lisesi students are prepared for that intercultural communication on site.
April
Students involve their parents to the project: Armenio high through school preparations and Suat Terimer by ‘’ making Greece more familiar’’ through common texts existing in both people.
May
Hosting Suat Terimer Anadolu Lisesi at Armenio (visit diary)
June
Mails exchange between teachers on pedagogical issues and exchange of information about project material.  
Sharing experience and exchanging new ideas.
July – August
Rest!!! Summer vacation!!!
September – October
Students since throughout the project a majority of communications will be in a foreign language, the need to speak English fluently will be actively promoted.  This will be achieved through Skype, MSN: writing in foreign languages, learning theatrical plays and folk poems in foreign languages and speaking in foreign languages.
November
The material for the project is finally gathered.
December
Students start to translate in English their material.

2013
January
Material exchange between project teams to exchange comments.
February
Developing ideas for designing a common guidebook for the project. Students writing both in English and in their native language.
March
Questionnaire to all school students ( both schools ) about the experience they have got from the project .Evaluation.
April
Final preparations of a theatrical play related to the project ( scenes from ancient drama  and folk songs )
May
The partner schools will prepare from all published  activities, series, dramas, documentary films, a booklet.
 Introducing folk dance, folk music , a theatrical play , a booklet and all other activities will be prepared by students, under the guidance of teachers .
Local communities will have the chance to enjoy school project work.
June
Final evaluation of the project through Skype open conference .
Dissemination of project to newspapers and local TV channels.
