Rationale of the project

Our students from both sides of the Aegean are closed in their cell , reproducing stereotypes derived by TV and a conservative way of thinking .So close but in the same time ,so far !!
We , teachers try our best to teach our students to avoid discriminations and be open to other people beliefs , but sometimes stereotypes are too deep and too hard to vanish.
Boys and girls ,students from different civic environments , our immigrant students and the locals , will have the chance to work in teams.
So , when our students will realize how close we are , in all aspects  , with our neighbors and between them as well, both by studying and visiting in situ , the project will have been successful ( from our point of view ).
